EduQuiz Classroom (Genzora) · updated November 6, 2026

EduQuiz Classroom is a study and classroom app and website for students, learners, and teachers. We collect as little data as possible and do not sell your data.

1. Data stored on your device

Your introduction answers (field of study, academic year, subject), study progress, flashcard review schedule, study streaks, and quiz sets you create are stored directly on your phone or browser. Deleting the app or using "Reset from scratch" in the Profile section will delete this data.

2. Materials sent for AI quiz generation

When you use "Generate quiz from materials" or "Copy existing quiz" and agree to submit, the photos, PDF/Word/PowerPoint files, or text you choose are sent to the app's server (Google Cloud, Singapore) for Google's Gemini model to generate or copy questions. Materials are used solely to create your quiz: the app's server does not store the materials, and Google may only retain them temporarily in cache for up to 24 hours and does not use them to train models. Do not submit materials containing personal or confidential information. Students under 16 years of age should only submit materials with the consent of a parent or guardian (section 10).

3. Classrooms

Classrooms allow teachers to assign homework and view grades. When a teacher creates a class and students join, either in the app or on the website genzora-uni.web.app, the app's server (Google Cloud, Singapore) stores:

An account is not required. Without logging in, each device or browser is assigned a random secret code, and the server only stores its hash; when logged in, classes and scores are linked to the account (section 4). The teacher of a class can see the full names and scores of students in that class; students can only see their own scores. If a student leaves a class, they are no longer on the class roster, but their submitted scores remain with the teacher; when a teacher recalls an assignment, the scores for that assignment are deleted. If you wish to delete your classroom data, please delete your account (section 4) or send an email as specified in section 11.

4. Account (optional)

You can sign in using Google, Apple (on iPhone), email and password, or phone number so that the classes you teach, the classes you join, and your scores remain consistent across the app, website, and different devices. Sign-in is handled by Google's Firebase Authentication. The account stores:

Passwords are stored by Firebase in hashed form, which we cannot view. The first time you sign in on a device, the classes associated with that device (classes created, classes joined, and scores) are transferred to your account; logging out removes all classes from that device until you sign in again. The app's server stores a list of classes the account has joined so they can be accessed on other devices. You can delete your account directly within the app (Profile › Account › Delete account) or on the web (genzora-uni.web.app/lop, Account section): your account, the classes you created along with assigned assignments and student scores therein, your scores in joined classes, and the recordings you uploaded will all be deleted.

5. Web surveys

If you answer a survey at genzora-uni.web.app/khao-sat, your answers are sent to the server to help us understand how students and learners study for exams. Answers are linked to a hashed random browser code and do not include your name.

6. Usage limits

To count the number of free quiz generations per week, the server stores an irreversible hash of the network address, or the account ID when logged in, along with the number of uses consumed. This data automatically expires after each week.

7. Purchasing Plus plans

Payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive your payment card or account information; the app only knows whether your Plus plan is currently active or not.

To verify the active status of your Plus subscription across all devices, the app uses RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc., USA). RevenueCat receives purchase receipts from the App Store or Google Play (subscription plan, price, purchase and renewal dates), a random device identifier, a Google Analytics device ID, and, if you are logged in, your app account ID (excluding your email or name). This data is used solely to unlock your Plus subscription and for revenue analytics.

8. Courses

The app downloads course content (TOEIC, IELTS, etc.) from the app's server. Downloading does not transmit any personal information.

9. Usage analytics and advertising

To understand which features are useful and where users experience difficulties, the app and website use Google Analytics for Firebase (Google). The data sent consists of usage events: screens opened, key actions such as creating a class, joining a class, assigning homework, taking and submitting quizzes, and AI quiz generation, along with general information such as question count, scores, completion time, device type, operating system, and country. Events do not include names, emails, phone numbers, class IDs, or question content; Google Analytics uses a random code for each device or browser. The app does not use advertising IDs and contains no advertisements; we have disabled Google's personalized advertising and ad signals. Data is processed by Google in accordance with Google Analytics terms and is automatically deleted after the service's retention period.

10. Students under 16 years of age

The app and website are intended for high school students (Grade 10 and above), college/university students, and teachers. According to Decree 13/2023/ND-CP, processing personal data of individuals under 16 years of age requires the consent of a parent or guardian (as well as the student themselves if they are 7 years of age or older).
